You can return items that have not been personalised within 15 days in receipt of order as long as the item is in original condition, unused and in all original packaging
We aim to ship orders within 3-7 business days but there may be delays during major launches and store updates. During major store updates please allow up to 14 business days for orders to ship. International orders will take longer to reach you depending on where you are located in the world. Please allow at least 21 days to receive your item internationally. We really appreciate your support and patience.
Order tracking will be sent once you place an order. Tracking information will be updated from your preferred shipping provider. Please note it may take a few days for this to update.
Yes, we have worldwide shipping. Please be aware that you may be required to pay additional fees for customs or tax depending on your local tax laws and where you are ordering from in the world. Please check with your local customs office and/or the selected shipping provider as they can provide further information. We are not responsible for any additional customs or import tax fees.
We recommend referring to the size charts as different items have a different fit style. For our Unisex classic fitting T-shirt we advise sizing up 1 or 2 sizes for a baggy oversized look. For our t-shirts that are retail fit and smaller fitting , we recommend going up several sizes for an oversized fit but please refer to the size chart to determine your exact measurements. The bigger the size from your normal size, the more oversized and comfortable the look will be :)

Unfortunately our system does not allow for amendments once orders have been place. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address the order will be refunded once the order has been sent back to us from an incorrect address.
We are really sorry to hear about this. We aim to provide the highest level of quality. Please take a photo in the original packaging showing the damage and our support team will investigate. We will replace the damaged item. Please be advised we cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit.
